   It Takes some patience to put together
   These take some patience to put together, but they are very nice, they hold my husband 250 pounds well, We like them so much we bought a second set. I will say you will need to Align the screws on each side and then slowly tighten each one. It pulls evenly on each side.. Once we figured this out, it was a breeze!Thickness of the cushions and the material was a great value for the money. I have had several compliments on the wicker style as well. Love these.

   Perfection!
   I’m very, very impressed with this product! It is sturdy and well-made; assembly instructions were easy to understand; the pieces fit together perfectly; the pieces were packaged securely; all hardware arrived; and nothing was missing, ripped, discolored, or scratched! Again, I am extremely pleased. The cushions are well made and their covers can be removed to wash. Most importantly, the chairs are super comfortable. Pure perfection! (Note: I am an anal retentive jerk that is hard to please, so a review from me like this is rare.)

   Sturdy and Comfortable
   We were amazed at how sturdy thisset was. Absolutely Beautiful!This is such a beautiful addition to our deck. I was amazed that it made it without any damage since the box was damaged and the chair legs had protruded through but it made it and We Love it very much!!!

   Very worth the money!
   I didn’t expect this to be the equivalent of a set purchased at HD or L for three times the price. So, I think my expectations were realistic, and this set exceeded the somewhat low expectations that I had. It was a little tricky to assemble in some places, but my hubby didn’t curse at it, so that is an indicator that it wasn’t too terrible. The set looks very nice. The colors are pretty, and I like having the option of the weathered gray as opposed to brown/tan. The cushions are a little thin, but I just need something to pad my booty from the wicker, so job accomplished. Would i buy this again? Absolutely. Do I sit on my front porch every evening since owning the set? Yes, and I very much enjoy the comfort. Have I received compliments on it? Yes.

   READ ME BEFORE PURCHASING: Technical Information for Assembly
   Quite honestly, I’m surprised at myself for giving this patio set a decent rating. Here’s my story, and I hope it helps someone who is in my shoes.I purchased this patio set with the knowledge of «you get what you pay for,» but I can’t afford a thousand dollar patio set to enjoy. I read some of the reviews about issues with assembly, but I consider myself pretty resourceful and thought I could work through most assembly issues.The patio set arrived about 7-10 business days from my order. The box was slightly damaged on two sides, but upon removal from the box, I didn’t notice any immediate damage. The patio set is poorly packaged with the glass from the table stacked between two chair cushions. I was surprised it survived.I pulled out the instruction book and attempted to follow their instructions. It was straight forward and easy to understand. However, when it came to assembling the chair back to the sides and seat, there was no possible way all of these were going to line up. And, I was right. Two of the holes didn’t line up. Like, not even close. Not even with pushing, pulling, bending–nothing could physically get these two holes to line up. I decided to take everything apart and try putting things back together in a different order. But, when I tried removing some of the bolts was WAS able to install, two nutserts came loose (a nutsert is a permanent nut installed into something–this product uses nutserts in the chair seat and sides). Spinning nutserts mean I can’t get the bolts out without some work.After two hours, I had zero pieces put together. I contacted the seller and requested a refund or replacement. They were very kind and offered some ideas, but in the end, said that if the product was damaged, they could maybe send a replacement. It wasn’t sounding hopeful, so I checked their return policy (as should you!). After finding out they don’t have a full return policy, I decided I was going to have to find a way to put this all together. In the end, I have a lovely patio set on my patio. Here are my tips:1) Ignore the assembly order from the instructions. Start with the CHAIR BACK first.2) If there are alignment issues with the chair pieces, try the parts from the other chair to see if you can make things work better.3) IF YOU CAN, use an M6 x 1.0 tap to remove the coating inside the tabs on the front of the seat bottom and the table assembly. Upon manufacture, they spray an exterior coating on the product, and that makes the screws difficult to screw into the tabs.4) We ended up super gluing and clamping down the nutserts so that we could screw the bolts in5) We went to our local hardware store and purchased new bolts (You’ll need 8 – M6-1.0 x 40 mm and 4 -M6-1.0 x 35 mm). I didn’t need to replace the short ones.6) This is definitely a two-person job to line up the bolt holes to the nutserts or the tabs.7) Bend what you need to, but be gentle enough that you don’t break the tab welds. We had to do quite a bit of bending on the seat bottom front tabs and the seat back.In the end, they refunded me $25 for the shipping damage. I shared with them my feedback in hopes they could help others. They were very kind and timely in their communication. The patio furniture is comfortable and rocks well.

   A great set overall.
   This is a great set.The chairs are extra wide, rock smoothly, and sit very comfortably.The table has dark glass, which is an interesting touch. In the photo online, it almost looks as though the bottom of the table is a basket or additional shelf. It is not.The set is sturdy and looks great on my front porch. My only complaint is that I wish the back cushions attached to the chair so they wouldn’t fall over constantly. I think I’ll put some velcro on mine.I assembled mine alone. The pieces fit together tightly, and the closer you get to the end of assembling each piece, the harder they are to fit together. Do not tighten your hardware any more than you have to to keep it together until all the pieces are assembled. Then, tighten everything up.

   Bought 3 years ago review
   While the screws were poorly aligned in a couple areas, a little adjustment and it was fine. BUT. This furniture, is in a uncovered area. Lots of rain, and sun. The cushions have faded, BUT the rockers are solid! We are 300lbs and holds us confidently. Price totally right. Thick cushions, I regret throwing them out. Buy these!
