First Impressions: Received today. Packaged very well in box. Little risk of shipping damage in my opinion. Much sturdier design than our old EZUp Sierra II popup. Design is considerably different. Not an issue, but something to be aware of. See pictures. We ordered beige, but color is more like faded mustard yellow. That was a touch disappointing. Some reviews indicated that it is very easy to set up by pushing up from middle. I found it very hard to do. Had to end up stepping on bottom of poles and pulling very hard upward. Maybe popup needs some time to ‘stretch out’. Latches are nice and big. Less chance of hurting fingershands like old popup. Given how heavy popup is, it sure seems like bag should be heavier weight. Sand bags were nice touch.

After the initial «figure it out» (because I’m allergic to instructions) I can set it up and take it down by myself. Sturdy… well made.Will be purchasing another soon!

This is the third canopy I have ordered from ABC but will never again after their horrible customer service cannot resolve my issue.I have have two ABC canopies that work flawlessly that I bought for a club I run. This one however has three of the four locking mechanisms that will not pop back into the correct position (see differences in pictures) I tried everything except taking it completely apart and could not get them to work. When it first arrived they worked, but when we used it a second time they became stuck and would not spring load into the locking hole.Thinking to myself, no big deal, I’ll just contact customer service since this is a quality product and let them advise as I might be missing something. Fast forward 3 weeks and all I can get out of their extremely broken English email replies are nothing but bogus excuses. I can only get one response a day from them, barely understand them, and their final solution is for me to wait weeks for parts from oversees that are currently backlogged in factory shortages. Best yet, there would be no way for me to replace the defective parts with the way it’s assembled in the factory with rivets. Unfortunately I am outside the Amazon return window and left with their «customer service» to find a fix.I really loved ABC Canopy before this and raved to friends about their products. Boy was I wrong!

Don’t know why l put off purchasing one of these for so long. Excellent quality and my other half managed to erect it solo without my supervision!
