   Nice! and great customer service
   We started off shaky because AMAZON sent one of the boxes that had been open with half of the pieces removed–shame on them. HOWEVER, even over a holiday weekend I was able to contact Pamapic customer service through the email address on the booklet and THEY sent me a replacement box — I did not relish trying to get those pieces back in the box and then to the ups store to do a return through amazon. I’m glad we weren’t having an event that needed the furniture but that is Amazon’s fault, not the company. As soon as they had stock of the box that needed replaced, we received it THE NEXT DAY. We had it together with no trouble (I was just more of a second set of hands) and it was out on the patio! They look nice with our brick, are sturdy and I love how the ottomans slide underneath when not being used to save valuable space. I wanted to use them a bit before a review.

   Obsessed with this set! Exactly what I was looking for! Great quality, durable and easy to put together! Did it all in about 45 min! The holes line up I suggest getting them all in before tightening anything but very pleased

   I ordered a wicker patio set and when it arrived it was only one box that contained a few parts. I used the manufacture contact. They were helpful and agreed to resend the patio set that will arrive in a few days.

   Love the set!
   Love the size, color, look, quality and compliments i receive from guests! I also move it in the living room when i have many guests for extra seating and the fits and looks good with the decor. Exceeded expectations!

   Excellent value!
   Before anything else I say, this is the most important: DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN BOLTS ON EACH CHAIR BEFORE YOU HAVE THEM ALL IN AND ONLY GIVEN A COUPLE TURNS. That is VERY important. You will need the wiggle room to fully match up all the holes properly. I am fully convinced that those complaining about holes not matching up did not leave all the bolts loose enough at first.Now with that being said, I absolutely love this set. Yes it’s cheap. You’re going to get what you paid for. I had the choice of spending $800 on a set that looked very similar at a local store. Although I know it was built a little better, I wasn’t going to spend that much. This set is an excellent value for the slightly less in quality, but it still seems like I should get a few years use out of it. The supports for the seat are what I was most disappointed in, being they are only a few twisted ropes of the same stuff the plastic wicker seems to be made of, with the woven plastic wicker on top. It seems strong enough, says will hold 350 pounds, so we’ll see.It arrived in 2 boxes, at the same time. My son put them together with an occasional extra hand by me, but could easily be assembled by one person. It took about half an hour for all 3 items. The cushions do seem a little «slippery» but I think a couple squares of velcro underneath will take care of that. I also plan to buy covers for the chairs to protect from the sun and weather.It’s very comfortable, perfect size for my patio. We’ve had it less than a day, assembling it as soon as it arrived late this afternoon. If there’s a change in my opinion due to problems, I’ll definitely update.

   Complete Garbage
   These chairs are literal pieces of garbage. None of the holes line up when putting the pieces together so half of the screws go in at an angle. And in both chairs there was one screw that was just completely broken. In one case the hole was legit just too small and in the other one the socket was totally broken so it would just spin with the screw. I’ve put many pieces of furniture together over my life and these may very well be the lowest quality I have even seen.

   Only received partial shipment – no response from Pamapic
   Update on Review:My project is finally at the stage where the furniture was needed. All pieces were in the boxes and hardware. Instructions are minimal but adequate. The pieces went together with no problem, all holes matched up perfectly, all hardware fit. The chairs are ok quality, cushions are adequate. The table probably could use a glass top for stability of bottles, glasses etc.All in all, after the inital problem of a missing box which Pamapic resolved, I would recommend these chairs. Having the ottomans slip underneath the chairs for space saving is a great idea and works well.March 12, I finally received a response to my emails/phone calls. They responded because of the 1 star review I gave them on Amazon whcih, they say, hurts their sales.The offered to send a new order, no need to return the older incomplete order.I received the new order and got both boxes on March 16. The smaller box does have hardware and small instruction sheet so that’s an improvement. Due to the long delay etc I can’t give them more than 3 stars but I will say their support is now tracking my progress so I did get their attention.No comment about quality as I haven’t put the pieces together yet and that was not my complaint. I will comment later on quality.Thank you Pamapic support for finally getting on top of this.Gary——-I ordered this on Feb 20 and promptly received one box marked 2/2. The other box has not arrived (1/2). I have called Pamapic support number, no response, I sent an email via their website, no response after 4 days. I opened the box and confirmed there are missing parts, 3 cushions (one chair), one chair, etc.Tracking the shipment UPS shows a package arriving in Goodyear, AZ on Feb 22 and no motion after that. I believe it’s sitting there but who knows.Sorry that Pamapic support is not responding. I am going to request a return and refund. Maybe ordering again will get both boxes delivered. Obviously their support is sub-par.
